What do we offer?

We offer a wide range of cakes with textures to suit every preference. From light and airy chiffon cakes to rich, dense favourites like our carrot cake, as well as classic sponge cakes that offer the perfect balance between the two.
We also offer a seasonal product that is available for a limited time each year. It is only available for three months (3), making it a special treat to enjoy while it's in season.
How far in advance can I order my cake?

To ensure every order is prepared to our highest standards, we kindly recommend placing your order at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Ordering ahead allows us to give your cake or pastries the care and attention they deserve while helping to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods.
What is our price range?

We are committed to offering premium-quality cakes and pastries at fair and affordable prices. While we use only the finest ingredients, we strive to keep our products accessible to as many customers as possible. As the cost of ingredients and fuel continues to fluctuate, our prices may change from time to time. However, we are committed to maintaining fair pricing without compromising on quality.

You can reach us via WhatsApp or email. Due to busy periods, we recommend contacting us by message rather than by phone, as we may not always be able to answer calls.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 6 hours. If you have not received a reply after this time, your message may not have reached us. In that case, please feel free to resend it, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I Cancel my cake order?

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. A minimum cancellation fee of 10% will apply, which may increase depending on how far your order has progressed in the preparation process.
Are the cakes fresh the day of pick up?

Most cakes are baked and prepared the day before. This allows the filling and frosting to set properly, ensuring the cake has the right structure, texture, and flavour.
Can we accommodate gluten free or vegan cakes?

Unfortunately, we don't offer this service at the moment, but we hope to in the future.
Can I customize my cake?

We offer a range of add-ons for selected cakes. For personalized requests, such as gender reveals or other custom additions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do we do Wedding cakes?

Are there any allergens in the cake?

All of our cakes contain eggs and dairy products such as milk and cream. Some of our cakes may also contain nuts. Other common allergens will be listed on the individual cake descriptions.
